Sample Stitch Kimono Progress
I'll introduce myself as Sahara, a retired teacher from Fresno, Ca. I will be posting photos and comments about my progress on our group project, the Sample Stitch Kimono.
The photo posted today, 1-22-07, is strip #1, knitted in the Seeded Rib Check pattern. The yarn is "Yarn of the Andes" in Hollyberry. I chose this color because wool sweater wearing here is only comfortable in the cooler months, November-March.
